Free Shipping on orders over £50

This offer is valid on all our store items and applies to deliveries in the UK mainland only where the total order value is equal to, or above, £50.00. Orders must be processed through the checkout on this website. Orders placed with Google Checkout will not qualify for the free shipping offer and will be charged at the current UK Flat Rate. Orders placed outside mainland UK will be charged the current Flat Rate.

What are the delivery charges?

• Mainland United Kingdom - Flat rate: £5.95
• Overseas and parts of Europe - Flat rate: £25.00

When will your item be dispatched?

Items will be dispatched within 24-48 working hours depending on when the order is placed subject to stock availability. Our warehouse is open during normal weekday working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Orders that are placed after 15:00 may be processed the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be processed the following working day.

How quickly will your item be delivered?

Your delivery will be dispatched on a next day service.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. 

Which delivery service or courier do we use?

The delivery will be handled by either Royal Mail or DPD depending on the contents of the order on a next day service.

Delivery Overseas and to European Union countries

We will deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Isle of Man, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal. We can deliver items to some other parts of the E.U. Please telephone or email for more details. Our carriers can only arrange delivery to some areas, as parcels have to be signed for to confirm safe receipt. Also some items may regrettably not be suitable for transit due to size and weight, or local distribution restrictions.
